CANCELATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY

All appointments require a credit card in order to secure your reservation as well as a non-refundable retainer that goes towards the total of your appointment.

If you are unable to attend the appointment and do not reschedule within 48 hour, or do not show at all, you forfeit your retainer.

If you are a returning guess with no retainer and you cancel/reschedule in less than 48 hours of your appointment a fee of 50% of the scheduled service is due to get back on my books.

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I may not be able to provide the service which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.
